Class Descriptions                               

Body Pump/Chisel Improves your strength.  Shape and tone your muscles while using a weighted bar and hand weights.  Burn up to 600 calories per class.
 
Cardio Groove 45 minutes of choreographed aerobic workout followed by 15 minutes of mat toning.
 
Cardio Combo Use of toys consisting of the ball, bars, bands, step and cardio.  Medium to high intensity levels.
 
Lift 2 Live Some aerobic activity keeping one foot in contact with the floor at all times.  Minimal amount of stress to knees, ankles and lower back.  Followed by toning and abdominal work using weighted bar and hand weights.
 
Pump it Up! A personalized circuit training class using bars, weights, bands and balls.
 
Hot Body A great workout for all levels.  Combines high and low impact movements for 40 minutes and include a concentrated body toning segment for the entire body.
Pilates Using a floor mat, bands and Pilates rings this class improves your core strength, flexibility and agility.
 
Salsa Popular salsa dance steps modified for an aerobic setting.  A great cardiovascular workout and lots of fun!
 
Step 40 minutes of step aerobics followed by 15 minutes of strength training and abdominal work.  Moderate to high intensity.
 
Total Body Works A "non-aerobic" workout concentrating on toning and shaping the entire body using exercise bands and weights.  The resistance ball may also be used.
 
Yoga Hatha Yoga for beginner to intermediate levels combining elements from Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga as well.
 
20/20/20 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of high/low/kickboxing and 20 minutes of weights.
30/30/30 30 minutes of cardio,30minutes of step interval,30 minutes of strength, abs and stretch
