The SweatShop Studio is proud to be the home of the new karate school, The Ryukyu Institute (R.K.I.).  In celebration of this collaboration, we are offering 1 free month of classes for each membership referral to The R.K.I.  If you already have a SweatShop Studio membership, we will add on one (1) month for each referral that joins The R.K.I.  Our very own Sensei, Steve Heebner, will be running the school.  So, please, stop by; send in a friend or your friends' kids; and watch Steve in action!!!! 

Classes have just started.  You or your child may jump in at any time.  Simply inquire at the front desk.  Or, you may call Sensei Steve directly at (856) 912-0619, and he'd be happy to answer any further questions.

Karate Kids:  The kids program is designed to be fun, challenging and educational.   Traditional Martial Arts teach more than just kicks and punches.  Concentration, discipline and an indomitable spirit are just a few of the attributes gained through hard work and consistent practice.  Ages range from 5 through 15.

        Offered:    Mon&Wed 4:45 pm-5:30 pm

Adult Program:    The adult program focuses on self defense, physical fitness and self discovery.  Karate practice is a humbling activity and provides ample opportunity for self-reflection and personal improvement.  Ages range from high school to 100.

        Offered:    Mon&Wed 8:15pm-9:15pm
